Event rooms

Convento Miranda Hotel has 5 event rooms:

Room 1
  • 15m2 (5 x 3m).
  • It is next to room 2, just separated by a glass door, so its use depends on the use of room 2 and it can be used as an auxiliary room.
  • There is a central fixed table and enough room for 8 people.
  • 26m2 (6.50 x 4m), it has a fixed central table with enough room for 14 people.
  • It is mainly used for company meetings.
Room 3
  • 50m2 (10x5m) and it is located, like Room 1 and Room 2, on the second floor.
  • The layout of the room can be adapted to the client´s needs; it could even be presented totally empty.
  • In classroom layout with tables there is room for about 30 people.
Chapter House
  • With dimensions of 60m2 (12x5m).
  • This room can also be adapted and it is accessible, as it is situated on the ground floor. In classroom layout there is enough room for 40 people and with U-shape layout there is room for about 30 people.
  • This is the most versatile room because of its location and features, besides company meetings and presentations it is sometimes also used for receptions.
Function Room
  • With theatre-style stage.
  • The stalls area is 9m2 plus the extra room in the gallery.
  • The total surface of the stage is 7x7m and there is room for up to 156 people.
  • It is mainly used for company meetings and conferences, but it can also be used for performances and shows.
  • It is fitted with a sound system.
Hospederia El Convento Miranda

Clients who book the rooms will also be able to use: flip-charts, whiteboard, screens, multimedia projector, speakers for PCs and any office material they may need. The rental price includes the use of these items.
